With more than 25 years of experience in education, LaToya Ragan, Principal of Dobbs Elementary, is dedicated to helping every student reach their full potential while creating a school environment where families, staff, and students feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

Throughout a career that has included roles as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, instructional coach, and administrator, Principal Ragan has developed a deep understanding of what students need to succeed both academically and personally. As principal of Dobbs Elementary School, she is committed to building strong relationships, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring that every child has access to high-quality learning opportunities.

A firm believer in the power of teamwork, Principal Ragan works closely with families, staff, and community partners to create an environment where students can thrive.
